If you access and use this website (the ‘GFC'), you agree and accept to be bound by and comply with these terms (the ‘Terms'). If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use GFC.

Overview:

The purpose of this site is to promote Canadian businesses and extend their products that extend their services to consumers inside and outside of Canada . These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.

Please refer and read these terms together with any or respective terms, conditions, or disclaimers provided in the pages of GFC. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of GFC will prevail.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of GFC (the ‘Information') may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting, design, content where the Management of GFC feels is appropriate. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of GFC will mean that you agree to any such changes.

INTEGRITY OF INFORMATION

It is important to note that all of the products, services and information are available in all provinces or in jurisdictions outside Canada . The information does not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product, service, or information to anyone in any jurisdiction in which an offer or solicitation is not authorized or cannot legally be made or to any person to whom it is unlawful to make an offer or solicitation.

GFC, it management or operating company is not responsible whatsoever – directly or indirectly for any products being advertised, purchased or sold at GFC or any acts of the advertisers, purchasers or sellers at GFC.

The terms and conditions applicable to any product, service or information will be those determined at the time of the provision of the product, service or information. Please be aware of the laws of your country or that otherwise apply to you in relation to any of the matters described in these pages. If you select to access GFC from outside Canada , you do so on your own initiative and will and are responsible for compliance with applicable local, national and international laws. You may not use or export or re-export any content or information or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export laws and regulations of Canada in force from time to time.

The information at GFC is for informational purposes only and is not intended to provide specific financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advise for you. You must protect your system and govern yourself accordingly.

CORRESPONDING THROUGH EMAIL AND GFC / INTERNET SITE/S:

Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the internet is, as with communication via any other medium not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration. GFC and its owners assume no responsibility for and will not be liable to you or any one else for any damages in connection with any email communication or correspondence sent by you to GFC or an email sent by GFC to you.

GFC and its owners do not review, endorse, approve or control, and are not responsible for any sites linked from or to GFC on the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products or services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and GFC will not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damages in connection with linking. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.

Alliance (A.L.) Canada administers GFC from its offices in Canada . The site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada applicable therein. All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with GFC shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario .

REFUND POLICY:

Any advertiser who wishes to advertise his/her products or services at GFC is responsible for providing the applicable content on his / her's advertising space on GFC. The advertiser will be responsible for ensuring that the content is not absurd, pornographic, incomplete, irrelevant in any way and also ensures that the content relates exactly to the items / products or services being offered by the advertiser and for which the advertiser has paid to GFC specifically.

It must be explicitly understood that GFC and its owners reserve the right to upload and exhibit the content or advertisement of the Advertiser. If GFC decides to discontinue the advertisement or content during the duration of the advertisement term, GFC will refund the advertising tariff on a pro-rata basis. In case the advertiser fails to abide to any of the noted factors in this refund policy and as a result of which GFC and its management remove the advertisement from GFC, the advertiser will not be entitled for any refund of advertising tariff whatsoever paid to GFC.

Once the advertiser selects an advertising plan on GFC for advertising on GFC, the advertiser is bound by the plan and will have to comply to the terms and conditions and payment of advertising tariff as agreed between GFC and advertiser at the time of signing the contract with GFC through GFC site or in writing.
